Conditional Values

Conditional values are fields in your creative that depend on external items or logic to derive their value.

You can use conditional value logic on any field, including both sender and recipient details, email subject and any of the variables that are included in your template.

For example:

• If recipient Home State is 'California' then {Local Branch} will be 'Valencia'. 
• If recipient is married then the {Holiday prize} they will be offered will be a 'weekend break for two'. 
• If recipient Salary is greater than $60,000 then {Overdraft limit} will be '$10,000'.
